Tenant Selection

An important part of our role is to find and keep quality tenants in the properties we manage. Our thorough selection process fully investigates the following

• Professional third-party referencing, to include:

  • Employment Reference,
  • Financial Stability,
  • Right to Rent / Sanctions Checks.

Marketing

We'll advertise your property on Zoopla and Rightmove, and erect a To Let board if authorised.

Inventory & Inspections

Prior to the start of a new tenancy, our managed properties will have a detailed inventory outlining it's condition and complete a detailed report. Should you choose our managed service periodic inspections are conducted as necessary. An inspection report advises you of the state of your property, how well the tenant is maintaining it and what repairs are required. Our Property Management team has excellent contacts in every field required to keep your property in its absolute best condition. All our tradespeople are fully licensed, insured, they guarantee their work and are extremely cost competitive.
